“Nice hotel with great view from pool top area. Only thing they don't do is answer the phone when you try to call them lol. Update: stayed here twice since and had a great experience both times. Service has been excellent as well. If you need to contact them use their WhatsApp number it's much faster.”

“This hotel is facing the beach. It has a pool, restaurants, gym, and bar. The best rooms are the ones with terrace with ocean and pool view. Stayed here for two nights, and it was good. Parking is underground with 24 hrs attendance. Hotel is next to a big plaza with plenty of department stores and restaurants.”

“Very nice hotel for the price. It is located near the malls if you need to do shopping. It is also near a group of bars and clubs. This area is not the authentic centro of Veracruz, but it offers a modern night or two out if you are looking for it.”

“We loved our stay. The room was simple with quality hard and soft goods. A cooked breakfast was included with the room, and the servers were attentive. The breakfast area provides pool access, and a view of the ocean. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant which was part of the Plaza. It was world-class. We would definitely book a future stay at Plaza Sol.”

“This is a hotel that is more 'California new' and not so much 'traditional Mexican'. It is clean, modern, nice views, excellent AC included, breakfast included. It sits on top of a commercial building and next to a mall. Negative: The check-in takes F.O.R.E.V.E.R. And they require a $1,000MXN incidental charge that is reimbursed upon check out, but if you pay in cash, make sure you have the extra money available so you aren't using your spending money.”
